About Groundtruth

Groundtruth was created for a familiar Pacific Northwest problem: important facts about a home exist, but they are scattered across county, state, and federal websites that are difficult to search and even harder to compare.

We assemble available hazard exposure, radon information, permit history, and assessment context into a concise report for homeowners and buyers in Oregon and Washington. Every report is written in plain English and points back to official resources for further research.

Groundtruth is an informational starting point, not a replacement for an inspection, appraisal, engineering opinion, insurance guidance, or legally required property disclosure.
